The Certification Track
Twelve weeks that reorder a life

Heal
The Soul Clinic foundation. Inner healing, identity in Christ, and freedom from the patterns that keep people and families stuck.
Train
Leadership, discipleship, and governance. Learn to shepherd people, resolve conflict, and steward a Kingdom family with wisdom.
Work & Multiply
Practical stewardship — agriculture, operations, finance, and the E.R.A. model — so you can build and reproduce sustainable community.
What Certification Unlocks
Formed to lead, cleared to build
- Certified E.R.A. Leader credential
- Completion of the required 12-week Soul Clinic
- Eligibility for the Community Builder Program
- Placement in a state chapter leadership role
- Lifetime access to the leader network
